What job can I get instead of personal trainer with the same background as a personal trainer?

Other than being a personal trainer at a gym, what kinds of jobs can and how much money can I make by becoming in great shape and knowing alot about weightlifting. Can you get a job at a hospital as a personal trainer and make good money, and hard is it? Or at a big business? Or what other jobs are there where I can use that knowledge, like working for fitness magazines, pharmacuticals, etc…?
