You should go to school while you work – a four-year Bachelors degree will get you farther than a two-year Associates. Consider the hard work as investment in yourself.

You can make pretty good money being a substitute teacher with an AA in science. Contact your local school district’s employment office.

An associate degree will give you an edge over anyone with no college, but it generally doesn’t qualify you for anything. If you can type, your science background might help you get a job as a specimen processor for a medical lab. That’s the only real advice I have to give.

It might be nice to apply for a job at a college or university to finish your general science degree.
I got an internship with just a liberal arts degree in communications and public relations.
Maybe there are internships with drug companies, or utility companies.
MY career center at college had all that information on where to get jobs and internships. good luck

With AA degree, you should be able to get some adminstrative assistance job. Start with a temp agency, and get some experience, some of the job do offer temp to perm positions. Don’t forget a good resume can get your chance for interview, and you present yourself that you can do what you said on your resume. Check out newspaper and monster.com to see what type of jobs that you can do. Then read the description and compose your resume, then you can post your resume out and submit to the companies. Good luck!
